Insulating ink selection and major technical indicators: Our membrane switches use protective insulation ink that matches conductive ink and film sheet adhesion. We utilize Aiqisen's ED-452SS UV curing inks (blue or colorless transparent) with insulation rating of 2400VAC/MIL.

- Light-curing energy control: 300-600MI/CM²
- Screen printing ED452SS takes 3-5 minutes after UV curing for optimal quality results
